DEPOSITS

$25 NON- REFUNDABLE fee is required to book. The fee goes toward your service.

TIME AND PRICE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Timing of styles and prices are an estimate and can vary.

PROTECTIVE STYLES

For protective styles (ex. braids, faux locs) your hair must be washed and detangled before your appointment unless you’ve added wash services to your appointment.

REMAINING BALANCE

I only accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay (with an S4 service fee), or card (Swipe your card for an additional $5) for the remaining balance.

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION

Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours before the appointment. The site will not let you cancel or reschedule after it’s been 24 hours. If you need to reschedule last minute there will be a $35 extra charge.

SAME DAY/ SQUEEZE IN’S

Same-day and squeeze in appointments are an extra $35. For same-day or squeeze in please contact us.

LATE FEE

PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. You will have a 10-minute grace period. There will be a $20 late fee if you are more than 10 minutes late. There will be a $5 charge for every minute you’re late after the 10 min mark. If you are MORE THAN 25 MINUTES LATE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.

NO CALL NO SHOW

No call No Show will be automatically charged for the remaining balance and an additional $25 will be required to book in the future.

LOCATION

I am located in Long Beach, CA. You will receive a confirmation text the day before your appointment with the address and guidelines, including parking instructions.
